The court has sentenced you to a Community Order or a Suspended Sentence Community Order. There is a separate section on each of these sentences.
About the Activity Requirement
The court has decided that you must do an Activity Requirement. This means you are required to do something, or possibly a number of different things to help you deal with your offending or to make amends for your offending.
This may mean:
Managing your finances better |
| |
Looking at victim issues |
| |
Improving your skills |
| |
Addressing housing issues |
What you have to do will depend on your circumstances and what the court thinks you should do.
The person responsible for your sentence (your Responsible Officer) will discuss the details of your Activity Requirement with you.
